Work With Us
Work With Us · Farmers, village institutions & individuals

Your land, your lake, your labour, our method.

Farmers and village institutions are partners, not beneficiaries. Bring us a degraded plot, a dying tank, or a willing village and we'll bring the science, the plan, and hands-on training. Individuals can join structured volunteer programmes on live sites.

Ways we can work together.

Model 01

Farmer partnership

Cost-shared restoration of private farmland with a cultivation plan and 3 seasons of handholding.

Model 02

Village commons programme

Community-led restoration of tanks, grazing lands, and commons with panchayat MoUs.

Model 03

Volunteer & internship programme

Structured field stints, planting, seed bank work, monitoring, for individuals and student groups.

What you bring

  • Land or commons access
  • Community labour & stewardship
  • Willingness to learn the method

What you get

  • Restoration design & materials support
  • Season-long training & handholding
  • Market linkage for restored-land produce

Learn the method, hands in the soil.

Open trainings, planting drives, and farmer field schools on live restoration sites. All sessions are free for farmers and village committee members.
